Hello everyone !! Welcome back to my channel !! Hope you all are having a great time !! Sonce its Eid coming soon i decided to make 2 delicious #milk_pudding recipe you can easily make at home !!! Hope you all will like it !! ✌?

To make #pink_pearl_milkpudding :
Take 7g of chinagrass (agar agar) and soak it in 1/2 cup water
500ml milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milkmaid
Cornflour mix ( 2 tsp of cornflour+2 tbs water)
Strained agar agar
1/2 cup fresh cream
#pink_pearls :
1/3 cup sago
2 pomegranate puree
Sugar
Mix it with milk and pour it in a pudding tray
Let it set in the refrigerator
And done !! ?✌?

To make #rasmalai_milkpudding :
To make #rasgulla :
Take a bowl and add
1 cup milk powder
1 tbs of maida / flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbs ghee
1 egg
Knead to get the dough
Make small balls
Leave it aside
#cake_batter :
Take a bowl and add
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1 tbs cornflour
1 tsp baking powder
Milk mix ( 1/2 cup hot milk + 2 tbs butter)
Pour it in a baking pan
And bake the cake
To make #rabdi :
3 cup milk
Milk
Saffron milk ( 1/4 cup milk + saffron )
NOTE : you can use yellow colour if you dont have saffron
Cardamom powder
Heat it up
Add rasgulla balls
3 tbs of milkmaid
2 tbs milk powder
And our rabdi is ready !! ♥️
Take a bowl and add fresh cream
2 tbs of milkmaid
2 tbs rabdi
To Organise
Take the cake and poke holes on top with fork / stick
Pour rabdi
Add the rasmalai balls
Cream on top
Crushed pistachio
Chopped petals
Pour some rabdi on top
And its ready !! ?✌?
