Ramzan ki iftar ke liye aaj main laayi hoon crispy aur spicy Keema Samosa jo bahar se bilkul crunchy aur andar se bohat juicy hai. Yeh easy recipe ghar par asaani se ban jati hai aur iftar table ki shaan ban jati hai. Zaroor try karein aur apni family ko khush kar dein!
INGREDIENTS AND SYNTHESIS
In The Pan
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
• Beef Keema – 500g
Cook until the color changes.
Add:
• Chilli Flakes – 2 tbsp
• Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
• Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
• Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1½ tsp
• Turmeric Powder – 1½ tsp
Mix well.
Add:
• Green Chilli Paste – 1 tbsp
Mix, cover and cook for 8–10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, dry the keema completely.
Add:
• Onion (finely chopped) – 2
• Fresh Coriander Leaves
Mix well and turn off the flame.

Slurry Preparation
In a bowl:
• Flour – 1 cup
• Water – as required
Mix well until smooth and runny.

Samosa Folding
• Take a samosa strip.
• Fold into a cone shape.
• Add 1 tbsp keema stuffing.
• Apply slurry on the edges.
• Seal tightly.
At this stage, you can store them in the freezer.

Frying
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
Remove onto a plate.
