This is my personal quinoa recipe using blueberries, mint, lemon, lime, honey, and more to create a tasty lunch full vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that will boost your energy. Simply quinoa is one of the best and healthiest grains out there because it provides a great source of both fiber and protein which is great for fueling your workouts. Cooking with quinoa is very simple rather you're using a pot or instant pot. Quinoa is also better than brown rice because again of all the nutrients it provides.
