350g lady fingers cookies ( savoiardi cookies) -32 pieces-.
~ 1/2 cup of mango juice (or peach juice).
~1/4 cup of cream cheese (60g).
~2 cups of whipping cream 38% fat (500ml).
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml).
2 tablespoons of sugar (25g).
2-3 mangoes. ? .
Poppy seeds, and mint leaves for garnish (optional).
