TIPS:
Beef Salpicao is a great pica-pica to enjoy with family and friends. You may pair this dish w/ warm rice or eat it as it is. The secret to this recipe is “lots and lots” of garlic. It will add texture (yummm that crunch of the crispy fried garlic) and flavor. You may use rib eye or sirloin if u don’t have beef tenderloin. You may add a tablespoon of oyster sauce to mix with your salpicao sauce or you may choose to replace the liquid seasoning with it. Red wine for me in this dish is a must. Merlot is great for steaks. Remember, never to cook with wine you wouldn’t drink.
