Its a must serve on all occasions in Pakistani and Indian Punjab province.
Pulao served with a bowl of raita,gravy and achaar can make a complete meal, but it may also be served as part of a larger spread.
The Punjabi repertoire has an interesting selection of rice-based delights like the Achari Chana Pulao,Punjabi Biryani Pulao,Paneer Pulao and Layered Kofta Biryani.
