Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 2 tbsp
(For Coconut Paste)
Coconut - 4 tbsp
Cashew - 2 tsp
(For Curry)
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1
Cardamom - 2
Clove - 2
Onion (Finely chopped) - 1
Ginger(Shredded) - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 5 cloves (Chopped & soaked in 2 tbsp Yoghurt)
Salt (as required)
Coriander leaves (For garnishing)
