Ingredients to make post Workout protein smoothie / shake without protein powder for weight loss:-
Raw Almonds 12-15
Flax seeds 1 tbsp
Chia Seeds 1 tsp
Pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp
Peanuts (Raw without skin) 45-50g
Low Fat Yogurt/ Curd 1 cup
Tofu / Soya paneer ( HomeMade) 1 cup
Raw honey 1 tsp
Vanilla extract 2-3 drops
Strawberry & dates jam ( homemade) 1 tbsp
( you can use 5-6 raw strawberries & 4-5 raw dates instead)
Method to make high protein low carb smoothie to lose weight :-
Take a grinder pour all the nuts & seeds at once & grind them to make a smooth powder
( grinding the nuts & seeds separately will ensure a smooth & grainfree texture in our smoothie)
Now in a blender put the powdered nuts & seeds mixture. Add all the other (wet) ingredients & blend for 3-4 minutes on a high speed or until the tofu has blended nicely & become Creamy.
