~Protein Smoothie~
Ingredients:
Oats - 1/4 or 1/2 cup (according to the smoothie thickness you prefer)
Banana - 1 pc
Peanut butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 1/4 cup
Ice cubes - as required
Honey - for sweetness (optional)
Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour it into a serving glass.
2. Protien smoothie is READY!
TIP:
Can add cinnamon for an extra flavour.
