Plant Based, Vegan, Raw Meal Smoothie Recipe | Delicious & nutritious!


Just wanted to share a recipe for a plant based, vegan smoothie I typically enjoy for breakfast. It is very nutritious, filling, and delicious! The Garden of Life Raw Meal is a powerhouse of nutrition, enzymes and probiotics that I have been drinking with Almond Milk for almost a year now and just recently started making smoothies to boost up the flavor. This also makes for a great after workout shake. These are the ingredients I have found most enjoyable and I try to buy organic whenever possible, but feel free to substitute Almond Milk, Almond Yogurt, or another type of nut butter as you please. -=-=- RECIPE -=-=- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk 1 full scoop Garden of Life Raw Meal (I use the Chocolate Cacao) 1/2 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt Quick Blend 1 heaping tbsp of Peanut Butter 1 Frozen Ripe Banana (broken into smaller chunks to blend easily) Blend, pour & enjoy!! -=-=- What does PLANT BASED mean? -=-=- Plant based means that I only consume foods and drinks derived solely from plants and minerals. I usually avoid artificial ingredients, preservatives and choose organics whenever possible.
