Pizza Pasta Casserole Bake Recipe Tasty Beef Recipes Lutong Pinoy Filipino Style Philippine Cooking
Make this tasty Pizza Pasta Casserole for your kid's lunch or dinner.
Pizza Pasta Casserole Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 large yellow onion, chopped
250 grams pepperoni, sliced thinly
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can tomato sauce
3 cups spiral pasta, cooked and drained
How To Make Pizza Pasta Casserole:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until light brown. Drain excess oil.
2. Push cooked meat on the side of pan then saute the onions. Mix with the meat.
3. Add 1/2 of the pepperoni and cook until light brown. Add the tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
4. Toss in the spiral pasta.
5. In a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish, pour the pasta and meat mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese then arrange the remaining 1/2 of the pepperoni.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Serve Pizza Pasta Casserole with your favorite chips and drink.
