Today I am making a very healthy smoothie... which has very many health benefits for anemic health and immune system to boost. Blend it and make it quickly. This is the easiest healthy smoothie. It will boost your immune health coz pineapple is the best source of vitamin-c. Chia seeds are best for loosing belly fat. And beetroot is a the best for anemic people to gain the blood faster. And milk of your choice if you are allergic to any milk so you can use it if your choice by looking at the benefit of that milk.
