Ingredients 600g Chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces 1 tsp each of the following - all purpose seasoning, onion granules, paprika, smoked paprika 1/4 tsp Salt ( or to taste) 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper powder (or to taste) 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes (optional) 1 tsp Garlic, minced/paste 1/2 Lime, juiced 1 tbsp Olive oil. Method Step 1 - In bowl, add the chicken and all of the ingredients mentioned. Mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Step 2 - Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. I add 5-6 pieces on each skewer. Step 3 - Set the air fryer to 190c. Place in the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken is cooked through. Step 3 - Remove from the air fryer, top with fresh coriander (optional) and serve. Enjoy! 🌶️
