Ingredients:-
Peri peri masala: 2 teaspoons
Curd: 4 teaspoons
Tata Salt Rock salt: 4 grams
Chicken leg piece: 4
Olive oil: 10ml
Parsley: 3 grams

Method of Preparation
– Slice the chicken and marinate it with the peri peri masala
– Then add curd and spread it evenly on the chicken pieces.
sprinkle some Tata Salt Rock Salt.
– Add olive oil to a hot grill pan and place the chicken pieces on the pan.
– When the chicken turns golden brown sprinkle some more Tata Salt Rock Salt.
– Serve.
