How is the current Corona outbreak where you live and how are you dealing with the lockdown situation? Our typical day is, exercise with the kids in the morning after breakfast, then some homeschooling, then lunch, then some more homeschooling and checking over the work, then another break, followed by mosque in the evening. We are making the most of this time being able to spend more time with the family.

80grams butter + 50grams butter
1 tsp whole cumin
I onion chopped
800g chicken fillet
2 potatoes cubed
2 heaped tsp fresh chilli and garlic paste
1 tblsp kashmiri chilli
1 heaped tblsp peri spice
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
4 tbsl peri sauce
4 tbsl sweet chilli sauce
1 tbls Jalapeño sauce
4 tbsl tomato ketchup
5 tbls sweetcorn
2 spring onions chopped
Handful of chopped coriander
Half red pepper chopped
150grams grated cheese
Puff pastry sheets, square/round
Flour paste to seal edges
2 beaten eggs for egg wash
Sesame seeds /poppy seeds for sprinkling ontop

Bake on 190c or till golden
