Patiala chicken /Murg Patiala is a punjabi dish,lip smacking spiced creamy chicken that goes well with jeera rice,naan and tandoori roti. Ingredients: For marination: 500 gms Chicken 1 tsp ginger-Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp of cumin powder 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp of garam masala powder Salt (as per the taste) For Gravy 3 tbsp Oil 1/2 Inch Cinnamon Stick 2 Green Cardamoms 2 Cloves 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp Garlic (chopped) 4 Onions (chopped) 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Coriander Powder 2 Tomatoes (chopped) 1/4 cup Water 2 Green Chillies (chopped) For Chicken Curry Gravy 1 tbsp Oil 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp Garlic (chopped) For Final Gravy: 1 Onion (diced) 1 Capsicum (diced) 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander Seed Powder 3-4 tsp Cashewnut Paste Salt 1/2 tsp Garam masala Powder 1 Green Chilli (chopped) 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1/2 cup Fresh Cream Follow up on FB Page: https://www.facebook.com/TheUntoldFlavours/
