I have been enjoying the tranquillity that the snow brings and have enjoyed my walks in the desserted local park. It has been bitterly cold but how pretty does it look?. My kids and I just love it and will never tire of its beauty.?
So back to the food...
When you want great flavour but haven't got the time, try out Patak's Tikka Masala Paste.
You can knock up a curry in 20 minutes ?
I have used chicken today but you could use chickpeas for a vegetarian alternative.
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breast cubed
half jar of Patak's paste
1 medium onion
2tsp ginger
2tsp garlic
50mls water add more if needed
1tbs tomato puree
2tbs cream optional
1tbs dried fenugreek (Kasturi Methi) optional
