Hello everyone, In this video I will show you how to make rainbow colored Panna cotta / Gelatin cups. The process of making this dessert is simple, but it takes lot of time for each layer to set in the refrigerator.
This Rainbow Panna cotta dessert is perfect for any birthday party dessert table decorations.
Ingredients:
Whole milk - 2 cups
Heavy whipping cream - 1 1/2 cups
Unflavored gelatin - 2 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Vanilla extract - 2 tsp
Note:
1. Do not boil the milk. Just steam it.
2. Pour each layer of milk only after the previous layer is completely set. Otherwise the layers will be mixed up.
3. If the milk becomes thick in the room temperature before pouring into the glasses, reheat the milk to make it to the pouring consistency.
4. Refrigerate the panna cotta, do not freeze it.
