Ingredients
chicken 2 each 900 g
cut them in half (put small cuts on each half)
marination :
yogurt 2 Tbsp
salt 1 tsp or according to taste
paprika powder 1 tsp
crushed chili 1/2 tsp
onion powder 1tsp
garlic powder 1tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
ketchup 1 Tbsp
chili sauce 1 Tbsp
cooking oil 1Tbsp
lemon juice 1 Tbsp
vinegar 1 Tbsp
yellow food color (optional )
marinate overnight or at least 3 hours for the best taste
