Chicken - 750g
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
Palak – 100 gm
Green chillies chopped - 3 slice.
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Onion – 2 finely chopped.
Oil – 3 tablespoons.
Water – 50 ml
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon.
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
Garlic chopped - 1 tablespoon.
Kasuri methi - 1 tablespoon
PALAK CHICKEN

PREPARATION METHOD:
* Now place a pan on flame, pour oil and wait until it heats up.
*Add one tablespoon cumin,3 finely sliced garlic and green chilli.
*Now add the chopped onions and saute until it turns slightly brown.
*Add ginger garlic paste saute until raw smell leaves.
*Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder then give a good mix and saute for a minute on low flame.
*Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomato pieces turn pulpy.
* Now add washed chicken pieces, 50ml of water and required salt and stir well.
*Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
*Add palak then change the flame to a low mode for 15 minutes add Kasuri methi and garam masala and mix it well.
* Remove from flame and now it's ready to serve.
