Get your glow on with this healthy and filling smoothie. We blend up a ton of veggies, fruit and natural sweetness for a smoothie that's perfect for breakfast or as a midday snack. INGREDIENTS 1 cup water 1/2 cucumber , peeled 1 cup raspberries (frozen) 1 spirulina powder 1 date, pitted 1 large handful baby spinach 1 teaspoon Manuka honey 1 lemon (juice of) INSTRUCTIONS Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
