Spring is finally here! This delicious light spinach salad dish is loaded with essential vitamins and minerals to protect your immune system as the seasons change. INGREDIENTS ∙ 2 cups spinach/arugula ∙ 1 sliced grapefruit ∙ 1/2 an avocado ∙ 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds ∙ Juice of 1/2 a lemon ∙ 1 tablespoon of olive oil ∙1 tablespoon of balsamic dressing INSTRUCTIONS 1.
