SUMMER TIME = SMOOTHIE TIME
For all my health nuts out there, you can definitely add a handful of spinach and some chia seeds to add a great amount of nutrients to this smoothie.
INGREDIENTS:
(Double everything besides the milk if you want a super sweet smoothie)
1 CUP ALMOND MILK
1 T HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
5-6 DROPS OF LIQUID SWEETENER
1 TSP OF ORANGE EXTRACT
HANDFUL OF ICE
BLEND ALL OF THESE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BLENDER. CUT AN ORANGE SLICE AND PUT IT ON THE RIM OF YOUR GLASS FOR A BEAUTIFUL INSTAGRAM PIC. BUT DON'T EAT THE ORANGE - IT ISN'T KETO. ;)
