Orange and Purple


Here's the recipe: ORANGE AND PURPLE (@BarMaxLA) 1 ½ oz. (45ml) Rye Whiskey 1 ½ oz. (45ml) Tangerine Liqueur 1 ½ oz. (45ml) Strega (Herbal Liqueur) 2 drops Balsamic Vinegar Ube Foam [cooked and mashed Ube, egg white, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, whiskey] Flower Garnish PREPARATION 1. In a mixing glass with ice, combine rye whiskey, tangerine liqueur, herbal liqueur, and two drops of balsamic vinegar. Stir well. 2. In a whipped cream canister, combine mashed cooked ube, an egg white, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and whiskey. Shake and charge. 3. Strain the mix into a serving glass over ice and top with the ube foam. 4. Garnish with flowers of your preference. Enjoy responsibly!
