Learn how to make mouth-watering and super tasty Italian Style ' One Pot Chicken Pasta ' with our chef Tarika Singh
One pot Chicken pasta is a simple hassle-free cooking recipe that is made in a pressure cooker and can be eaten at any occasion. Loved by all the age groups of people. This delicious recipe is made with simple and easily available ingredients and can be made on a week day dinner night after a long day.
Ingredients:
(Serves 6)
- 2-3 tbsp olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Basil Leaves
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 200 gms Chicken Sausages
- Red & Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- Crushed Black Pepper
- 220 gms Spaghetti Pasta
- Parmesan Cheese
- Parsley Leaves
Method:
1. Add olive oil, garlic cloves in a pressure cooker and heat it on a low to medium flame
2. Take tomato puree in the grinder. Grind it with walnuts and basil leaves and keep it aside
3. Now, put chilli flakes in the pressure cooker. Mix it and add chicken sausages, Red & Yellow Bell peppers
4. Add the sauce that was blended and kept aside, to the cooker and give it all a mix
5. Now, add paprika powder, oregano, water, salt, and crushed black pepper to the cooker and mix it
6. Add spaghetti pasta into the cooker and make sure it stays submerged within the sauce and water
7. Bring it to a slight simmer and not boil
8. Cover the pressure cooker with its lid and cook it on a high flame for 2 whistles
9. After 2 whistles, open the lid and grate parmesan cheese
10. Chopp parsley leaves finely, and sprinkle it over the pasta
11. Take it out on a plate. Grate some more cheese and serve it hot
