Add in sliced salami or bologna. Add salt and pepper, pickled cucumbers, green peas, mayonnaise, mustard paste, chopped cucumber, mix the salad. Chill the salad before serving and garnish with dill. Raisin Butter Cake: Ingredients: Unsalted butter 125g Flour 100g Cornflour 1 tbsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Caster sugar 80g Eggs 2 Salt 1/4 tsp Milk 2 tablespoons Vanilla essence 1/4 teaspoon Raisins 1/4 cup Flour 1 tablespoon Method: Mix the flour, salt and the baking powder together. Beat butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla essence and fold in the flour, add in the milk and fold in the raisins mixed with a tbsp of flour. Pour the mixture into a greased and lined pan. Bake at 180 degrees C about 30-35 minutes.
