OLE SKOOL SOUTHERN POTATO SALAD

GRAB MY BOOKS http://www.stovetopkisses.com https://www.instagram.com/stovetopkisses/ INGREDIENTS: *this serves quite a bit * 5 russet potatoes ( I used medium size ) 1 cup mayo 1/4 cup mustard ( or more to taste) 3 tbs plus more sugar ( please adjust this to taste as well) 1 cup salad cubes or more or less to taste * I suggest starting out with half a cup and add more if you would like* you can also sub for 1/2 cup chopped gherkin pickles plus 1/4 cup sweet relish) 4 boiled eggs chicken stock 2 tbs salt ( to boil eggs) and two tbs salt to boil potatoes) black pepper paprika for garnish
