Having oats, bananas, nuts & milk in breakfast keeps us energetic & active throughout the day. But have you ever thought of blending them into a smoothie? Don’t worry… This is easy to prepare & quick to make. In this video let’s check how this utterly delicious smoothie is being prepared at home.

Title : Healthy Breakfast Smoothie | Oats banana smoothie | Smoothie recipe | Khane से Matlab

Ingredients :
Banana – 2 unit
Oats – 1 cup
Milk – 250 ml
Dates ( soaked ). – 4 unit
Almond ( soaked). – 4 unit
Peanut butter – tsp
Flax seeds – 1 tsp
Jaggery – 1 tsp
Chia seeds – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – ¼ tsp

Procedure :
1.Take a grinding jar. Add oats, jaggery, cinnamon powder, flax seeds, peanut Butter, soaked almond, soaked dates and banana ( cut it into slices).
2. Add milk to it and grind it into smooth paste.
3. Take a serving glass; pour the smoothie into it.
4. Sprinkle some chia seeds over it.
