Oats banana smoothie
Ingredients:
Oats_2tblspn
Banana_2ripe banana
Milk_1glass
Vanilla essence _2teaspn
Honey_as per taste
Dry fruits_ optional
Method:
Chop the banana and pour it in a blending jar then add oats,milk and vanilla essence then blend till it turns into a smooth paste ,after blending serve it in a glass add honey and dry fruits and the smoothie is ready to serve you can drink it instantly after blending or keep it in fridge and drink chilled smoothie.you can drink this in fasting also.plz do like ,share and subscribe my channel .
