No-bake vegan desserts, easy delicious 15 minutes recipes/ vegan brownies, no-churn icecream/healthy


3 easy delicious recipes for amazing vegan and gluten-free desserts! No more than 15 minutes of your time! Feel good desserts! Hello everyone Today I want to share with you these 3 feel-good desserts that are a pleasure to share but also amazing to eat by yourself:) Hope you love them as much as I do! Raw espresso brownies with the chocolate ganache 150 grams of dates 50 grams of almonds 50 grams of walnuts 30 grams of cacao powder 1 cup of strong coffee For ganache 30 grams of cacao butter 30 grams of cacao powder 30 grams of agave syrup 50 grams of strong coffee Preparation Cover dates and nuts with coffee and let it soak for 30 minutes(or as long as you have time for up to 4 hours) Drain the liquid(save some for later), pit the dates and add all the ingredients to the food processor along with a pinch of salt. Pulse till everything is broken down and comes together nicely(add some of the soaking liquid to help blending if needed) Spread on the silicone sheet or baking paper, freeze while you prepare the ganache For ganache Melt cacao butter, add cacao powder, sweetener and slowly pour over the coffee, stir to combine. Remove the base layer from the freezer and pour over the ganache, smooth it with a spoon. Optionally sprinkle roasted nuts over, let it set in the freezer(30 minutes to overnight) Slice and serve with berries or enjoy on its own Watermelon Icecream 400 grams of frozen watermelon 200 grams of ripe frozen bananas juice of 1/2 lime Preparation Blend everything till smooth Freeze it for 2 hours or leave it in the freezer overnight Let it thaw for 15 minutes before serving. Chocolate covered nutty nice cream bytes Slice ripe banana into coins and freeze, add a nut on top of each one and freeze while you prepare the chocolate For the homemade chocolate(or you can simply melt storebought) 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil(or cacao butter) 3 tbsp of cacao powder 1 tbsp of liquid sweetener of your choice pinch of salt(optional) Preparation Remove cold banana coins from the freezer and dip each one in chocolate or simply pour it over them Place in the freezer to set Eat them straight from the freezer:) Victoria Siro @myperfectgreens
