RECIPE:
Buttermilk mixture
Chicken breast ( Be sure to wash your chicken )
1 cup of butter milk
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of hot sauce
Flour Mixture:
1 cup of flour
1 Tablespoon of basil leaves
1 Tablespoon of ground mustard
1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon of poultry seasoning
1 Tablespoon of slap ya mama seasoning
Salt and Black pepper
Oil to fry chicken
Egg Mixture
3 eggs
2 teaspoon of water
Frank's hot sauce
