250g of Oreo cookies , or any similar cookies in your country.
~1/4 cup of melted butter (60g)
Cheese cream layer :
100g of dark chocolate.
7 tablespoons of cheese cream (100g).
~ 2 cups of whipping cream (500ml).
~ 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (10g).
40g Oreo cookies.
Chocolate ganache layer :
200g of milk chocolate.
1 teaspoon of butter (5g).
~1/4 cup of hot milk (60ml).
chocolate sprinkles, chopped Oreo cookies, or nuts for garnish (optional).
