– chicken 1500g
– yougurt 1 cup
– ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
– musurd paste 1 tsp
– salt 1 tbs
– red chili flakes 1 tbs
– black peper 1 tbs
– chaat masala 1 tb
– whole spice powder 1 tbs
– coriander powder 1.5 tbs
– termuric powder 1/2 tsp
– orange food colour 1/4 tsp
– lemon juice 1/2 cup
– oil 2 tbs
?️ Ingredients for mutton karahi
– oil 1 cup
– cinnamon stick 2
– black cardamom 3
– mutton 2 kg
– ginger garlic paste 1.5 tbs
– tomatoes 500g
– salt 1 tbs
– termuric 1/2 tsp
– red chili powder 1/2 tbs
– whole spice powder 1/2 tbs
– cimin powder 1/2 tbs
– coriander powder 1.5 tbs
– yougurt 1/2 cup
– green chili, ginger slices, tomatoes, coriander leaves as required
– black peper 1/2 tsp
?️ Ingredients for macaroni salad
– mayonnaise 1 cup
– curd 1/2 cup
– musturd paste 1 tsp
– sugar 1/2 tbs
– salt 1/2 tsp
– black peper 1 tbs
– macaroni 2 cup
– ckeakpea ( chana ) 1 cup boiled
– red kidney bean ( lobia ) 1 cup boiled
– onion 4-5 tbs
– carrot 1
– tomato 2
– cucumber 1
