My 5 Greatest Ground Beef Recipes of All Time (CHEAP Carnivore Meals)


Here are our FAVORITE carnivore ground beef recipes! These budget-friendly carnivore recipes have been in our weekly meal rotation since we started carnivore. We hope you enjoy them as much we we do. All recipes are listed below. As always, add or remove ingredients to fit YOUR health journey. Not every recipe will work for everyone - and that's okay! We are all different. Stay Strong, Pat & Cait :: Our Fav Air Fryer :: Tastee Air Fryer: https://www.tastee.net/CarnivorePat :: RECIPES :: *#1: Pork Rind Nachos* 1. Layer pork rinds, shredded cheese and ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper. 2. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until cheese is just melted. Top with sour cream and hot sauce (as tolerated). *#2: Meatloaf* 1. In a bowl combine 1 T ketchup, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp garlic, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, and 1 egg. 2. Add ¼ cup pork panko and mix. 3. Add 1 lb of 80/20 ground beef. Mix until just combined (this helps keep the meatloaf tender). 4. Press meatloaf into the bottom of your air fryer— keeping it 2 inches thick. 5. Top meatloaf with glaze (3T no sugar added ketchup, 2T sugar free BBQ sauce, 1tsp mustard). 6. Air fry on 370 degrees for 15 minutes. Re-glaze meatloaf with remaining glaze. 7. Air fry again until internal temperature is 160 degrees. *#3: Meatballs* 1. In a bowl combine 1.5 lbs 80/20 ground beef, ½ cup pork panko, 1 egg, and ½ cup shredded. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Roll into 1.5-2 in meatballs. Place on cookie sheet covered in parchment paper. 4. Freeze individual meatballs and then transfer to an airtight container for storage. 5. When you’re ready to use your meal-prepped meatballs, air fry on 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. *#4: Smash-Burgers* In-Depth Recipe Vid: https://youtu.be/lbVzY-HFfwY?si=AQafufr5QticBon1 *#5: Big-Mac Burger Bowls* 1. In a pan, crisp up some ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. 2. Crisp up some bacon (oven or stovetop) and shred some sharp cheddar 3. cheese. 4. Make your Mac Sauce: 3 T mayo, 1 T no-sugar added ketchup, 1 tsp mustard, and splash of pickle juice (if desired). 5. In a bowl, layer ground beef, cheese, and bacon.
