Chicken Recipes halal

Ingredients:

step:

4. Finely chopped fine peppers, sliced garlic, and salted for 60 minutes
5. Chicken stewed and removed, put in ice water to cool down
6. Add the fried pepper oil to the chili, add soy sauce, and marinate for 2 hours
7. Cut chicken into pieces, pour in soaked chilli

菜譜

配料:
雞:一隻; 菜籽油:200ML; 花椒:100g; 細辣椒:100g;
蔥、姜、蒜、草果、八角、鹽、醬油適量

步驟:
1.雞清洗後,用鹽按摩全身
2.雞放入鍋中,加水、姜、蔥、草果,小火燉90分鐘
3.鍋中加入菜籽油,下花椒、草果、八角炸香
4.細辣椒切碎,大蒜切片,加鹽醃製60分鐘
5.雞燉好撈出,放入冰水降溫
6.炸好的花椒油加入辣椒中,加醬油,醃製2小時
7.雞切塊裝盤,倒入泡好的辣椒
8.開吃
