Hai Dears..this video is taken few months ago..Here the recipes am showing is my mom in laws no sautéing raw chicken biryani ..this is how the biryani prepared in olden days..but nowadays we spent lot time to make the chicken masala and wait for the onions to be translucent and the gravy to dry up..but here this way it doesn’t need any kind of sautéing or waiting to cook the cicken ..the chicken itself cooked in DUM process..and we get all the flavor out of it..it took 5to 10min for cutting chopping then straight to DUM..isn’t its so easy guys..and taste equally superb..nowadays we need this kind of recipes to save time..so give it a try ...
