Click on the link in the description below. http://bit.ly/RDSWEEPSFD1 Ingredients: 1 cup moong dal Water 1 pinch saffron 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 1 cup ghee 1 tbsp sooji/semolina 1 tbsp besan/gram flour 1 tbsp cashew 1 tbsp pistachio 1 tbsp almonds Method: Soak the moong dal in water for 4-6 hours. Grind it into a coarse paste. Soak a pinch of saffron in water. To make the sugar syrup, heat sugar and water in a large pan until it comes to a boil. Add cardamom powder and the saffron water, and mix well. Set the syrup aside. Heat the ghee in a separate pan. Add sooji, besan and the moong dal paste to it. Saute the mix until the moong dal releases oil. Now add the sugar syrup and mix quickly.
