Karivepaku Chicken Wings !

Ingredients-
4 tbsps oil
1 tsp cumin (jeera)
1 tbsp pepper corns
1 bay leaf
4 cardamoms
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 small stone flower (bojwar ka phool)
4 sliced onions
2 green chillies
handful of curry leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1kg chicken wings
4 chopped tomatoes
2 tbsps red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt as per taste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
handful of curry leaves
handful of coriander n mint leaves.

Hariyali Chicken Curry !

Ingredients-

For Marination-
500gms chicken
lemon juice (1 lemon)
2 tbsps red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
salt as per taste
2 tbsps curd

For Hara masala paste-
3 to 5 green chilies
handful of coriander and mint leaves

For Cooking-
4 tbsps oil
2 sliced onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
marinated chicken
hara masala paste
garam masala powder
kasuri methi (optional)

Peri Peri Chicken Masala-

For Chicken Fry-
2 tbsps butter
500gms chicken legs
1 tbsp peri peri masala (ready made)

For Chicken Masala-
3 tbsps oil
2 chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 chopped green chillies
4 chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
salt as per taste
1 tbsp coriander n cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp peri peri masala
2 tbsps curd
500gms fried chicken
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp vinegar
handful of coriander leaves

Bhut Jolokia Murgh
Caution- Use it at your own risk/according to your heat level, put on hand gloves or wash your hands properly whenever you touch the Chilli.
originated from assam/nagaland, cultivated in northeast India this chilli is exceptionally hot.
I did try to cut the heat level by soaking the pepper in 1/2 glass of water and it worked and also I did add 1 tbsp of cream to enhance the flavour and give the curry a hot/creamy taste.
Do try this amazing hot, yet delicious recipe.

Chicken Fry !

Ingredients-
For Chicken Masala-
12 dry red chillies
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 cinnamon stick
4 cardamoms
4 cloves
2 tbsps peppercorns

For Fry-
4 tbsps oil
2 sliced onions
4 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 kgs chicken legs
2 tbsps red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
salt as per taste
already made chicken masala
lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
coriander leaves for garnishing
