Momos Recipe – chicken momos with sauce, tasty Momo and sauce combination from Nepal Momo recipe

Chicken Momos
For Momo Wraps
Maida – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Water – as required
Knead the dough with salt and water for 5-7 minutes and rest it for 15 minutes. Then roll a big thin roti and cut the dough with a glass as shown

Chicken filling
Chicken mince- 400g
Cabbage – 150g
Ginger- 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 tsp
Spring onion- few
Coriander leaves – few sprigs
Chicken masala – pinch
Butter – 1 tb spn
Salt – to taste
Mix all the above ingredients well and stuff it in the momo wraps as shown
Steam the momos for 18-20 minutes

Momo chutney
Tomatoes- 3
Green chillies- 5
Garlic cloves- 4
Timur – Szechwan pepper- 1/2 tsp
Soya bean – 1 tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Sesame – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1 wedge
Salt – to taste
Water – as Required
Dry roast the masala on a pan and keep aside. Char the vegetables on direct flame and chop them. Grind them to a fine paste and dipping consistency
