1 kg beef mince
1 large onion
2 packet of gravy mix 25g each
2 cup of beef stock
1 beef stock cube
1 mushroom stock cube
Olive oil for frying the mix
mix the lot together in a large pot, bring to the boil. simmer for 20 minutes, let cool.
add to pie tins and pastry cook for 20 minutes at 180c
cool on a wire rack
eat the buggers.
