1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup fresh mozzarella
1/4 cup semolina

١/٢ كوب جبنة موزاريلا الطازجة (اختياري)
للعجين:
١/٢ كوب ماء

١ كوب من جبنة الموزاريلا الطازجة
١/٤ كوب سميد
