INGREDIENTS

*Chicken cubes-250 gm(marinated with salt and 1/4 tsp pepper powder)
*Dried Red chillies-5 nos.
*Orange juice-1/2 cup
*Juice of half lemon
*Cornflour-1/2 tbsp+2 tbsp
*Honey-1/2 tbsp
*Maida-2 tbsp
*Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
*salt-to taste
*Butter-1/2 tbsp
*Olive oil-1/2 tbsp
*Garlic(chopped)-1 tsp
*Onion(chopped)-1 medium
*Capsicum-1/4 cup
*Parsley(chopped)-1/2 tbsp
METHOD
---------------
*Soak red chillies in hot water and keep it aside.
*Mix orange juice,lemon juice,1/2 tbsp cornflour and honey.Keep it aside.
*Mix cornflour,maida,pepper powder and salt.
*Coat chicken pieces in cornflour mix and shallow fry the pieces.
*To a pan,add butter and olive oil.
*Add garlic ,soaked chillies and saute it well.
*Add onion and saute it well and add capsicum and saute.
*Add in orange juice mixture and keep stirring on low flame until mixture thickens.
*Add chicken pieces until the gravy is completely coated on pieces.
*Add in parsley.
Tadaaa......MEXICAN ORANGE CHICKEN is ready to be served.....????
