1 lb. chicken breast, cooked & shredded
3 3/4 cup cauliflower, riced (about 425g)
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup carrot, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tbs ghee
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2-3/4 buffalo sauce
1/2 cup egg whites
ranch dressing , as desired
