Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Recipe:
1 C Almond Milk
1/2 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1T Matcha Green Tea Powder
1T Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds
1/2 t Agave Nectar or Honey
1/2 t Vanilla Extract
1 C Ice
Place everything but the ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and add sweetener to your liking.
Add ice and blend again.
Enjoy!
