Marination Recipe for Grilling Beef, Chicken and most meats

On this video I decided to highlight on tips of how to make your own marinade with a basic guide on how to make your own at home. Use this recipe for most meat for grilling or cooking the oven. I also have a bonus dry rub recipe you can use for fish or chicken. Ingredients: 400ml Sunflower oil 100ml lemon juice 50 ml Soy sauce(Mushroom Dark Soy) 1-2 tbsp Pepper, 5-6 Garlic Cloves Rosemary/thyme(chopped)
