RECIPE - “Wicked Easy” Mango Coconut Banana Smoothie
(Note: This was Finnegan’s favorite!)
Prep Time: 5 minutes; Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
2 cups Cubed Mango, fresh or frozen
½ cup Coconut Milk
1 each Banana, large
2 cups Ice
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
RECIPE - “Wicked Easy” Mango Coconut Yogurt Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 minutes; Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 cup Cubed Mango, fresh or frozen
1 cup Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp. Honey
½ each Juice of a Lime
4 ounces Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla flavored
½ to 1 cup Ice
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
