Mango Lassi | Easy Smoothie Recipe


Today I'm blending up a refreshing Mango Lassi! This yogurt based drink originated in India, and I think you're going to love how easy, creamy, and tasty this is! Mango Lassi 3 ripe mangoes, diced 1/4 c. sugar 2 c. plain yogurt pinch of cinnamon 1/4 c. milk Combine the mangoes and sugar in a blender and puree until smooth. Add the yogurt and cinnamon and blend together. If you think the mixture needs to be thinner, add about 1/4 c. milk and blend to incorporate. Refrigerate if desired before serving. ENJOY!
