INGREDIENTS
1 Kg Chicken
1 Tomato
2 Large Onions
8 Garlic Cloves
1 Green Chili
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves Half Lemon
2 Tablespoons Ghee
½ Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
2 Tablespoons Pepper
Salt
Water
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan
2. Add onion saute over a medium flame until the onion becomes translucent
3. Now add curry leaves and saute for a min
4. Add green chili then chopped garlic and saute till the raw smell goes off
5. Add tomato and continue to sauté for a few more minutes
6. Add 2 tablespoons of pepper powder and mix well then add ½ tablespoon of turmeric powder mix well
7. Now add the chicken pieces and mix until well combined
8. Add salt to taste, squeeze half a lemon
9. Add ¼ glass of water
10. Cook for 15 min on low flame with lid on
11. Now open the lid and cook until the consistency becomes dry
12. When chicken is almost done add coriander leaves
13. Ready to serve
