Mama’s Estofado Recipe (Beef Stew)

Sharing with you a very delightful recipe from my mom. As always, it is very simple but I bet you guys, it is mouth-watering. My husband can't wait and asked when I will be cooking Estofado again! -:) Correction: 1 large onion only not 3!😬😅
