#viniscookbook Malai ladoo is a mildly sweet (adjective) Indian sweet (noun) that is very soft and “melt in mouth” with the hints of kewra and cardamom. It is made up of cottage cheese (paneer) and condensed milk and is very quick and easy to make. It is ready in no time without any efforts at all. This year for Ganesh Chaturthi I made these ladoo and they were loved by my Gannu.
